The townhouse in which our apartments are located was built in 1873 and restored in 1997.
Today it invites guests to take a journey into the past in an elegant and modern style. Our townhouse, located in the gateway at 89 Piotrkowska Street, is situated in the heart of charming and lively Lodz.
Within our courtyard, in addition to residential apartments, you will find a variety of restaurants offering cuisines of the world, places of rest and relaxation. We especially recommend our Wincepcja, where you will taste the unique flavors of the best quality wines from the farthest corners of the world.

The Piotrkowska 89 Residence is located in the central point of Lodz, on Piotrkowska Street, which needs no introduction to anyone. It is the best location for doing any errands in the entire city, for a business stay, meeting with film and theater culture, entertainment, safe rest and finally shopping. Our property is home to the Honorary Consulate of the Kingdom of Denmark, hence two Danish flags fly on the front facade of the building.
Nearby are the headquarters of public offices and various offices, numerous restaurants, cafes and pubs. Only a slightly longer walk is required to reach parks, museums, cinemas, theaters or Manufaktura - a nationally known post-industrial shopping and service complex. Objects that you can't miss when preparing a plan of visiting Lodz, and located near our apartments, include the Museum of the City of Lodz or EC1 - the Science and Technology Center. A real treat for visiting families with children is the Lodz Orientarium - the object of admiration of lovers of land and water animals.
