The tenement house where our apartments are located was built in 1873 and is constantly evolving for you! In 2026, new, renovated apartments were opened.

in an elegant and modern style. Our tenement, located in the gate at 89 Piotrkowska Street, is in the very heart of charming and vibrant Łódź. In our courtyard, besides residential apartments, you will find a variety of restaurants offering world cuisines, as well as places to rest and relax. Our tenement house hosts the Honorary Consulate of the Kingdom of Denmark, which is why two Danish flags fly on the building's facade.
